Two weeks before the seventh round of the FIA GT Championship, Jos Menten will spur a Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 in Zolder for the seventh and eight round of the ADAC GT Masters - the German FIA GT3 Championship. Menten will replace Gianni Morbidelli on the Reiter Engineering Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 #7. The Flying Dutchman will join German driver Christopher Haase in his chase for the championship title. Morbidelli-Haase are the current leaders in the ADAC GT Masters. In six races, they managed to score five podiums. In Zolder Haase wants to increase his lead on his competitors.

“I should have made my ADAC GT debut in Oschersleben but faith had other ideas. We encountered problems with the engine and we had to throw in the towel before the start of the first free practice”, says Jos Menten, who will be racing on his home track this weekend. “The Belgian Champ Car Grand Prix promises to be a big event. Circuit Zolder is my home track and I hope to score two good results. The Lamborghini’s are dominating the series, and together with Christopher I should be able to put in a good performance. Christopher is leading the championship and ended on the podium five teams in six races! It’s my job to collect valuable points for his championship hunt”, concludes the 26 year old Dutchman.
